Each unique workout at adult class consists of total body cardio and strength, plyometric, agility, power, and muscular endurance training – It’s an overall complete workout. For 3rd Degree black belt, we teach the most advanced kicking techniques in Taekwondo such as jump triple-roundhouse, quadruple-side-back, 540 spin-roundhouse and 540 spin-hook kicks and breaking techniques. Our adult class lets parents and their children take classes and practice together, providing great family quality time. Basic
We start with introducing discipline and focus while also beginning more physical activity. Each age group has certain characteristics that make their learning needs unique. Starting martial arts can be hard so we have a slight learning curve with a little more leniency towards beginners. Learning basic hands, stances, kicking techniques and forms help self-control over their hands and feet. Learning how to show respect, control, listen and keep their eyes on their goal in order to succeed is what begins an amazing Taekwondo experience.
Intermediate
​This level will increase the amount of physical activity can slightly help with learning more in advanced hands combination and jump-spin kicking techniques while introducing more challenging forms and techniques can further help with hand-eye coordination. Sparring is a great way for kids & adults to gain confidence, utilize their Taekwondo skills in a "real world" environment. Sparring brings together all the movement and kicking strategies the student has learned throughout their time in taekwondo, and also demonstrates the application of the techniques. Sparring is essential, challenging, and fun; it’s well worth the effort to learn how to defend oneself, if needed.
Advanced
The advanced training sessions are for red belts and above; it’s a journey to the Black Belt. We strive to help our students achieve this goal, which is our commitment to you. Students will work directly with instructors on a number of cardio warm-ups, stretching exercises, punching, jump-spin kicks, and combination kicking. The advanced classes also put an emphasis on sparring techniques and strategies. Physical conditioning, an essential part of this training, includes all aspects of physical conditioning such as strength, cardio conditioning, and flexibility training. Through our advanced classes, students will see improved self-defense techniques and physical fitness, also the satisfaction of moving up to the Black Belt level.
Black Belt
​It is important to understand that you have not become a master in Taekwondo simply because you have achieved your 1st Degree black belt. In fact, you have just begun the journey from 1st through 3rd Degree black belt rankings, which are considered to be the maturity of the student in the art of Taekwondo. It is not until a Taekwondo practitioner reaches the 4th Dan level that one could be considered an instructor. Being a black belt, you have to work and train harder than you did in color belt. You will start learning more advanced sparring and combination kicking techniques, and aerial spin kicks such as 360 jump-spin roundhouse and hook kicks before you reach 4th Dan level.
